Using a mouse for work all day doesn't have to be a recipe for carpal tunnel syndrome. If pain comes with the territory, you're probably using your mouse incorrectly.




A slight twist of your wrist can cause a serious problem, but Vivienne Fliescher (writing for Performance Based Ergonomics) suggests a fix.

Get off your wrist rest, lie your mouse on something flat like a mouse pad and move your whole hand and arm together, relax the grip on your mouse and voila, you'll be on your way to being pain free and avoid future troubles.

Decoding How Much Water You Should Drink In a Day

How much water should you ideally drink in a day? Though it seems like a simple question but the answer to this is not an easy one. As per a medical care and research center Mayoclinic, a healthy men living in moderate climate needs roughly 3 liters water in a day, i.e. about 13 cups and a healthy woman needs 2.2 liters (about 9 cups) water daily. Though these are the general guidelines to give an indication of how much water you should take in a day but there are several other factors that you should consider.
